TECHNICAL CLEANLINESS OF PARTS

Precise Technical Cleanliness for Demanding Industrial Production

We offer industrial cleaning of metal parts, laboratory analyses of technical cleanliness and complete documentation of the results. We manage cleanliness as a controlled process parameter according to the requirements of the specific part and production.

Technical Cleanliness as a Measurable Part of the Production Process

We provide contract cleaning and technical cleanliness analyses of metal parts. We build on more than 20 years of experience with cleaning processes for automotive suppliers in the Czech Republic and across Europe, and our services are also used by companies from mechanical engineering and other industrial sectors.

We do not see technical cleanliness merely as the result of the cleaning itself, but as a measurable and controllable parameter of the production process. We focus on particulate contamination, such as metal chips, abrasion debris, grinding media or fibres, as well as on film contamination in the form of oils, machining fluids and preservation agents.

That is why we build every order on a correctly selected cleaning technology, validated measurement in accordance with VDA 19.1 / ISO 16232 and full traceability of the results from the receipt of the parts to their dispatch.

Targeted cleaning

We select the technology according to the material, geometry and type of contamination.

Cleanliness inspection

We monitor particles, their size and the total amount of residues.

In-House laboratory

We perform extraction, gravimetry and microscopic evaluation.

Full traceability

We document batches, process parameters and measurement results.

What we can we provide for you?

We cover the whole technical cleanliness process, from the selection of a suitable cleaning method to laboratory evaluation and the final report. We always adapt the procedure to the specific parts, their geometry, material and the required cleanliness level.

Our Technologies

Cleaning technologies

Industrial cleaning according to the part and type of contamination

For cleaning metal parts, we use three mutually complementary cleaning technologies. This allows us to handle a wide range of requirements, from standard degreasing to demanding cleaning of parts with strict residual contamination limits.

We select the specific process according to the type of contamination, the geometry and material of the part, and the required cleanliness level. We also continuously monitor process parameters such as bath condition, filtration and the drying method.

Why our technology?

The combination of aqueous and solvent-based processes with ultrasonics and vacuum technology allows us to choose the optimum cleaning method for the specific application. This is how we effectively remove particulate and film contamination even from complex parts, blind holes, threads and cavities.

Technical cleanliness laboratory

Validated analysis in accordance with VDA 19.1 and ISO 16232

In our own laboratory, we perform complete analyses of the technical cleanliness of metal parts. Using validated procedures, we can reliably determine the amount, size and character of residual contamination and document the achieved results.

The analysis can include pressure or ultrasonic extraction of contaminants, gravimetric determination of the total amount of residues and microscopic evaluation of individual particles. We offer laboratory services both as part of the cleaning process or separately.

Why our technology?

Combining validated extraction methods, gravimetric analysis and microscopic evaluation provides a complete picture of the technical cleanliness of the part. We process the results in a structure corresponding to the requirements of VDA 19.1 / ISO 16232 and also prepare them for audit or customer documentation.

Traceability and process quality

Complete control of the order from receipt to dispatch

We follow every order throughout the whole process, from the receipt of the parts through the cleaning itself and laboratory inspection to final dispatch. We record the batch identification, the program used, the important process parameters and the measurement result.

Thanks to the controlled process, we have an overview of every step of the order and can document the conditions under which the required cleanliness was achieved. At the same time, flexible capacity and short lead times allow us to respond to express requirements as well.

Why our technology?

Linking the controlled cleaning process, laboratory inspection and recording of the results ensures full traceability of every order. The customer therefore receives not only a cleaned part, but also a clearly documented and repeatable process with a controlled result.
