EDM Sinking

EDM Wire Cutting
Precision without compromise based on digital geometry
We provide high-precision EDM wire cutting of complex contours, precision holes, shaped components and demanding geometries.
Material is removed by controlled electrical discharges between a thin cutting wire and the workpiece. This enables precise machining of hardened and difficult-to-machine materials without conventional cutting forces.

EDM DRILLING
Precision EDM Drilling for the most demanding applications
We provide EDM drilling of precision holes in electrically conductive materials, including hardened steels and other difficult-to-machine materials.
The technology uses controlled electrical discharges between the electrode and the workpiece. Material is removed without mechanical contact, enabling the production of small-diameter holes, deep holes and precision starting holes even in heat-treated components.

Abrasive Flow Machining (AFM)
Precision finishing of edges, passages and Hard-to-Reach areas
Abrasive Flow Machining (AFM) is a technology for finishing precision components by forcing a controlled abrasive medium through the workpiece. The process enables simultaneous deburring, edge radiusing and polishing of internal passages.
The abrasive medium reaches areas that are difficult to access using conventional machining tools. The technology is therefore suitable for complex passages, intersecting holes and components with complex internal geometries.

Manual Polishing

Manual polishing is a final finishing technology in which an experienced specialist works the surface of components to achieve the required quality, appearance and functionality.

Honing
