Technical Cleanliness as Part of the Production Process
With the growing demands of modern injection systems and microelectronics, technical cleanliness is becoming an important parameter of the final product. That is why we offer our parts with a high level of technical cleanliness, so that they meet the requirements of demanding industrial applications.
We do not see cleaning processes merely as preparation between operations. For us, they are part of the whole technological sequence, which allows us to control the final cleanliness of the manufactured parts and achieve the required parameters.
We monitor all cleaning processes and subsequently test the finished parts. For inspection of the parameters in accordance with VDA 19.1 / ISO 16232, we use our own fully equipped laboratory.

PREMIUM
High-end technical cleanliness with vacuum and ultrasonic cleaning
The Premium cleanliness level combines several types of in-process cleaning with subsequent high-end cleaning using vacuum technology and ultrasonic cleaning. The process can be applied to coated and uncoated parts made of carbon and hardened steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous materials.
For threaded and coated parts, it is possible to achieve – depending on the complexity of the geometry – cleanliness at the level of code CCC=A(I-K00) according to VDA 19.1, i.e. with no particles of 400 µm or larger permitted on the part. Every production batch is inspected gravimetrically and, according to requirements, also for metallic and non-metallic particles or fibre length.

PREMIUM MAX
High-end cleanliness complemented by controlled lubrication of threaded parts
Premium MAX builds on high-end cleaning combining ultrasonic cleaning and vacuum technology and adds the application of a lubricant to the process. The solution is intended primarily for threaded parts where, in addition to cleanliness, control of the final assembly properties is also important.
Lubrication can define a specified thread friction coefficient of µges 0.08–0.14 for metric threads, or reduce the thread-forming torque to achieve parameters in accordance with DIN 7500-1 and DIN 267-30. The lubricant is applied under vacuum, and the finished part can then be tested as part of the outgoing inspection as well as at the customer’s site.
